My Ultimate Self-Care Routine: How I Recharge and Feel My Best 🌸✨

Hey gorgeous people! Let’s talk self-care because let’s be real, we all need to recharge and feel our best sometimes, right? 🧖‍♀️ Whether it’s after a long day of adventuring, blogging, or just living life, I have a few go-to self-care rituals that help me relax and reset.

Here’s what my ultimate self-care day looks like:

  • Morning Stretch 🧘‍♀️: I love starting the day by stretching out my body, especially after a night of sleep, it’s my way of tuning into my breath and getting my mind right for the day ahead.
  • Skincare Moment 💆‍♀️: I’m obsessed with my skincare routine, especially when it involves a good face mask! Hydration is key for that glow-up. I will get more into detail about my routine later on in my blog.
  • Bubble Bath + Candles 🛁: When I need to unwind, nothing beats a warm bubble bath, especially when using lush bubble bars or bath bombs, they never fail me. Add in some of my homemade scented candles, and it’s an instant mood booster.
  • Tea + Chill Playlist ☕: Whether it’s chai, T2 Melbourne breakfast, or a simple herbal tea, this is my moment of peace. I’ll sip my tea while vibing out to some chill tunes or a podcast. Stay tuned for the playlist drops.
  • Journaling/Gratitude Practice 📓: Taking 10 minutes to reflect on the day and write down what I’m grateful for is a game-changer. It shifts my focus and reminds me to appreciate all the good stuff. Journaling is something I started when I was quite young and have continued to do throughout my life, and I’d highly recommend it to everyone.
